DRUG TREATMENT & INTERVENTION

Drug abuse help for your loved ones can include family guidance and assessments to direct interventions. Sometimes these interventions include Marchman Act Civil Commitment Proceedings, detox placements, treatment referrals, aftercare, Individual Counseling session s, support services, transitional halfway housing referrals, legal assistance referrals and ongoing continuing case management, Court Liaison Services, Expert Testimony in seeking Downward Departures or Alternative Sentencing are all available.

(Note: In order to provide expert court testimony, we would have to be retained by the client's attorney and complete a thorough, in-person bio-psycho-social assessment.)

LEGAL CONSULTATIONS

Our Legal Consultants division will facilitate and coordinate with you for legal issues which so often occur as a result of the disease of addiction. A licensed attorney is on staff to oversee legal issues. Some of our areas of focus include criminal charges, (including misdemeanors and felonies), drug court clients, DUI's, Marchman Acts, domestic violence injunctions, sealing and expungements of criminal records, and family law cases.
